rancid non-dairy creamer. save your hard earned $$$ and go to the olive garden (haha). the food at this establishment is an even bigger joke. my girlfriend got the fettuccine alfredo and it was awful. this is one of the most simple thing tomakebecause it's only four ingredient, but ruined by most every "italian" restaurant because they cheap out and don't use real parmesan reggiano cheese. fratelli's is no exception. the "cheese" they used and serve at the tables is probably a sysco product is is 90% fillers. it tasted like rancid non-dairy creamer. i got the thin crust pizza with canadian bacon, green bell pepper, and pineapple. the crust is absolutely tasteless, and most likely a frozen sysco product again. the "canadian bacon" tasted of nothing but salt and artificial smoke flavoring. the pineapple and green bell pepper were tasteless. i green bell pepper must have been prepped three or four days ago. this place is a candidate for gordon ramsay's kitchen nightmares. i can't believe that anyone would ever come here more than once. great italian food begins and ends with simple but fresh quality ingredients, something this establishment has all but abandoned.
