hyderabad palace restaurant

newest addition to the busy salwa road.... but i did not find the briyani or the other dishes so worth...... for the money. should give it a try after few months.... just to see if any changes.....

food is quite gud n nt spicy ... service was quiet gud n main thing prices r very reasonable ... ...............inshallah will come next time ..... but as name is so catchy so was expecting sum hyderrabadi taste too...

food is not up to the mark and most of the items on menu are not available, we tried hyderabadi biryani it was serve red without boiled eggs and gulab jamuns were hard like stone served cold. service is pathetic, even it took more than 15 mins to bring water and it was served with disposable paper glasses in a dining place.

i have visited twice to hpr. mutton biryani was very good usually i don't eat mutton quite often bcoz i used to have only chicken biryani. mutton biryani was good and my kids also enjoyed. i have to highlight cheese nan it was very good. our family enjoyed the meal.

we went to this restaurant today and we are v
ery much disappointed with the service of the staff. not at all recommended. the biriyaani was very bad and it cannot be called as a hyderabadi biryani. after having the food, since it was very cold night, we ordered for hot water and it took them 40 mns to bring the water.

nice location and the interior is excellent, being hyderabadi, was waiting for the opening since long time, but the food was complete let down. not recommended for the hyderabadi taste lover. i am writing this review to help people not to get disappointed

parking is very difficult in weekend. the staff is very polite but they don't even know what they are serving

i went to this newly opened restaurant last night for dinner with my family. the interior is nicely done, i like the huge chandeliers.
we went straight to the family section which is upstairs and is also nice. we ordered chicken biryani, bbq platter, hari mircha ka gosht (mutton) and a cheese naan. everything was very good in taste and we really loved the bbq and the mutton.
biryani was ok, it isn't bad but didn't find it as exciting as the other things that we ordered. cheese naan was also delicious.
what let us a little down was the staff. the staff seemed a bit confused, but they were friendly and were willing to help.
will definitely go back again to try other stuff from menu, but bbq will always be one of the items in my orders at this restaurant.

as a local of al aziziya i have had my eye on this brand new restaurant on salwa road for quite some time and have been looking forward to its opening. the restaurant's sparkling blanket of fairy lights and chandeliers suggest that hydrabadi palace is more than ready to receive customers but with many items on the menu not available and a slightly confused bunch of staff it would seem that they are not quite ready for action. we sat upstairs in the family section where there were four other tables dining and ordered the dum ka green chicken, tandoori, chicken biriyani and a side salad. all the food was delicious and full of flavour. the biriyani portion was generous and was complemented perfectly with the little pot of raita, the other sauce / chutney dish which it was served with and the salad.

their card machine wasn't working so you will need cash until they sort that out.

their menu was just a paper takeaway menu and did not have any explanations as to what each dish was, we just took a gamble with the dum ka green chicken and asked the waiter for a recommendation, luckily it was very good. they should maybe write a short description of each dish which states if the dish has a gravy / sauce or it is dry for example.

i would definitely go back for the great food but feel that they are not quite ready yet and were not massively welcoming even though it is a brand new place and they should be trying their best to get custom. it is in a residential area and they could get a lot of regulars if they put some effort in.
