last friday, i was craving for some authentic hyderabad biryani. i got recommended to try hyderabad palace restaurant. it is conveniently located at salwa road near quality market. i took the take away from there. let’s look at some key factors:. ambience: restaurant is quite big. the restaurant was quite neat and tidy.

we visited this place last night for dinner. it’s a quiet place to visit.
we ordered the mixed grill, bread basket and keema fry. everything was good, except the waiter was not so friendly. we asked him what was today’s special and he replied everything’s on the menu. didn’t seem to be a great answer. we had also ordered chicken biriyani but he waited till the last minute to tell us that it was over. in fact we ere already full with our order so it was fine even if we didn’t get the biriyani.
food is good, prices seemed reasonable & nothing great to mention about the ambience. an average place to visit.

mutton biryani is must to try dish at this restaurant. also, the chicken dishes such as dum chicken, chili chicken, kebabs and talawahuwa chicken were really good when having with naans and rotis. the taste is quite authentic to hyderabad cuisine.

biryani from this place is just mouth watering and yummy. it’s so juicy and all spices have blended properly. one of the best biryani i have tasted so far. would highly recommend this place for biryani specially. then had ordered mutton and chicken soup, which we good. it’s a good place to treat non veg lovers.
ambiance is good, spacious. staff were good. prices are moderate here ashok vishal shanbhag

expensive prices for average taste...
we ordered haleem which was really good tandoori chicken was burnt and biryani tasted awful....please keep up to our expectations...

unfortunately, it’s very bad experience with this restaurant, visited with family, ordered chicken biriyani, mutton biriyani, haleem, nan, mutton bhotti etc, after waiting 40 minutes, one of waiter came and informed there is no chicken biriyani, then owner came and resolved, he informed that could provide within 15 minutes. all food average only, expensive dishes.

chicken biriyani is amazing.super tasty and worth it..raitha and side curry provided in takeaway is very less and need to be checked.mango lassi is ok.plenty of parking available any time😀..interiors is just ok.

legit mutton biryani, quick service and lots of parking space. mutton biryani can be safely rated as the best in doha.
they need to further add to their menu, we got your biryani mate... add some curries, get some more veg options, work a lil bit on the decor.

and yes, it’s cheap as anything !

yes no doubt 5 star. the best biryani ever i had in qatar. both the chicken and mutton biryani is good. u can feel the aroma of spices and taste of ingredients added. value for money is 100% when u buy the jumbo or family pack. even the gray items are tasty. when it comes to the matter of kebab platter it's delicious kebabs are rich in flavour and the pieces are juicy. must try once and i bet it will be your favourite

we always order in from hyderabad. the mutton gosht briyani never disappoints and all the curries are also delicious. plus very quick service.

best restaurant to have biryani and kebabs. i enjoyed the food thoroughly there many times. especially the mutton biryani and tandoori chicken is my favourite dish.

we had mutton biriyani. the salt was less in it and mutton was not cooked well and had a foul smell. it seems like the are using frozen mutton. the mirchi salna was very worst. it was like extra curry they give. not worth for the prize. it was our first try with friends and it would be a last. their prices are high to pay the rent but quality should be better too.  ambience is very bad, does not feel good. it feels like sitting in showroom or office. they utilize sun as day lighting. they gotta improve lot.

the quality of the tea was worser than before. it was like water. i don't know why. please try to improve it. it shouldn't be like that. good luck.

good place for some nice food. chicken tikka was excellent. we ordered mutton kadai, we have eaten better ones but to fair it was good. khurbani ka meetha was unavailable. fair pricing.
