ordered food via zomato. food quality not good. first of all, delivery was late, 2nd stale odour observed in chicken hyderabadi ordered. not going toorderanymore from it

i ordered a chicken dish peshwari from the restaurant and they accepted theorderthereafter they called through the zomato agent and told that the said dish isn't available. i told them to give them something good that's available and this is what they delivered. nasty oily chicken .. no normal human being would dare to taste this. i had high expectations from this restaurant but this is what they delivered very unprofessional and unfortunate. please pull up your socks and serve good food. i wish there was negative ratings.

ordered veg sprill roll using zomato. they confirmed it. the expected delivery time was 45 mins. after around 20 mins it showed that theorderis on its way. after nearly more 25 mins i called to check and the delivery guy was in the restaurant and he said theorderhas not yet been approved. i talked with the restaurant person and he said okay theorderwill he out for delivery in 10 15mins. after waiting nearly 2hrs and constantly complaining on zomato chat box i received a call from zomato and i had to cancel the order. a very bad experience.

an awful service when i ordered through zomato. doesn't look like it was the original hygienic food that we have received from this restaurant previously. totally disappointed and never going toorderfrom this restaurant again.
