great. houlihans has the best cheese fries ever... and the garlic ranch to boot.

as we studied the entertaining and extensive menu, we changed our minds frequently. it is deliciously descriptive and makes me hungry just reading it. after much mulling and a tiny bit of indecision, i chose the wood-grilled salmon, substituting the red bliss mashed potatoes for a creamy, lemon-asparagus risotto.

try the scallops!. i've always enjoyed houlihans from time to time but it's a bit expensive... the dishes are a cut above your standard chain restaurant but many of them approach the $20 to $25 mark which is a bit pricey for this area. anyways my suggestions are the scallops (delicious), and their cocktails are worth a try. its a huge menu and some of it can be hit or miss, so ask a lot of questions!

food is pretty darned good...servers and hostesses are incredibly rude. 6 out of 10.

management is horrible, employee are nuts, food is cold and lousy. there is simply no reason to visit this place. one night people were sitting outside smoking pot, another night one of the employees went nuts and started screaming at and insulting a customer. he had to be physically restrained by a manager. this is not only a bad place to eat, it is a dangerous one.

the food here is very tasty and they’re not afraid to use good seasoning on everything. their giant mushroom balls are incredible and there’s a very tasty scallop dish on their menu.

the only problem is their menu never changes we’ve been going there seven years or more maybe three times a year, and except for a few specials nothing has changed on their menu.

if you haven’t been here, i definitely recommend it and if you have a favorite dish that you’ve had, i can guarantee it’ll still be available even if you had it years ago, but a stale menu for return customers is always a sad thing at any eatery.

this restaurant is dirty, there were plenty of employees that could have cleaned and swept but they were gathered together talking in the back. our food was not good and when we told the waitress she snubbed us for the rest of our visit. the fish tacos had at least a cup of tomatoes on them. i could hardly eat after i saw how dirty the rugs and floors were. nasty.

the fish tacos were disgusting. prepared like a beef taco with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream on top of a savoy slaw that tasted like cabbage with oil and vinegar poured over it. fish had been annihilated to unregonizable. won't be back for another two years...

the food is really good just don't order the white sangria. unless you like pineapple juice...which isn't supposed to be in sangria. aside from that issue, everything else was good.

great service. got the tuna salad. it would have been perfect if it didn't have fresh bananas. seared tuna and bananas don't mix. other than that...great appetizers.

don't believe the reviews.... read all the reviews and decided to give it a try, man what a waste of money.. sat at the bar where you would expect the best service and received average at best, bartender wouldn't look our way for at least 10 minutes from the time we sat down..another couple didn't even get a drink and eventually left..ordered my 25$ ny strip and it wasn't no where near "medium"..more like "rare"..wife's french dip sandwich was cooked more than my steak...didn't dare send it back though..french dip was taken off bill but manager didn't even bother to walk over and speak....biggest waste of time and money...should've went to waffle house..

we had bbq chicken flatbread which was yum. we also had tomato soup and grilled cheese. great service too. kudos!

seared ahi tuna and fish tacos!!. a recent road trip had me staying at a hotel down the street so we decided to walk over and give houlihan's a try. i really enjoyed our visit here and found the food to be very good. there wasn't that many people there when we went and found the service to be a little slow, partly because the servers were all gathered around talking and having fun while their customers were left waiting.

houlihan's has a slightly upscale feel to it but is really casual. there is indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of happy hour specials. our favorites were their ahi tuna appetizer and tilapia fish tacos. outside of the slower than expected service everything else about this trip left us willing to return if our travels ever took us this way again. they have a wide variety on their menu so wouldn't mind trying a few other items during our next visit.
