zomato's service was worst, they made me wait for a long time coz the delivery agent was assigned another pick up post collecting my food...very bad

everything tasted so good but finding 2 hair strands in the briyani made us vomit everything, we couldn't eat any things after tat. so it would be good if put hygiene into consideration. i was starving so badly but lost my appetite after that. the food tasted great no complain on tat but hygiene must be put into more importance too.

i ordered for 2 mutton briyani and 2 edd briyani but they have delivered only 2 egg briyani and the zomato person spoke to valet boy, they have initiated the refund for 1 mutton and 1 egg briyani instead of 2 mutton briyani without our concern. i thought of cancelling the order, but the delivery boy said 1 mutton briyani and 1 egg briyani are available, and will reimburse the amount for undelivered items. but actually we received only 2 gg briyani. reimburse for 2 mutton briyani
