need to improve themanagementas service is not up to the mark, staff need to be more awere on order of food, it was very time consuming and disappointed with service however taste was good.

disrespect at it’s peak from restaurantmanagementitself. we visited restaurant with prior notification on call wheremanagementreplied on call we don’t take bookings only waiting is written.

when we reached they said they have prior booking of table made in the afternoon, completely biased response. when asked why were they allowed to book and not us their response was i don’t know who did this.

so i tried contacting someone at counter who then called a person saying in front of me that “there are customers here who are causing too much problems here” (in a very rude tone).

while ordering, first waiter had very disrespectful attitude and was trying to ignore and run away, then there was no waiter for 30 minutes to take new order and we tried calling 5 times but all came and ignored our table.

what we ordered was missing and then again we were asked to wait.

such experience at a renowned restaurant just tells us how serious are they about their customers. even if i wanted to i can never recommend this hotel to anyone.

(just additional info. another table of 12 left the restaurant even after complaining at the table because of the similar behaviour)

i could give food review but no one will care about food if you get service like this.

i strongly suggest go for a different restaurant if have self respect.
