i ordered muttonbiriyaniand grilled chicken at 8:30 pm and after waiting for 1 hour 30 mins the delivery guy is saying the restaurant hasn't even started preparing the order.
the restaurant mobile is switched off and landline isnt reachable.
had to cancel my order at 10:15pm.

please don't waste customer's time and money.

ordered ms special chickenbiriyaniwith 1 egg and 3 chicken pieces but i recieved is zero egg with 2 small pieces of chicken.biriyanirice was cold and sticky as if it was kept in fridge for some hours before packing . chicken wasn't tender at all. though i was on empty stomach thats why i didnt called to ms galaxy for the issue. totally dissatisfied this time.

order miss placed by delivery boy because one fry rice contain in black cover and mortonbiriyaniin white cover. and the the colour of rice is absolutely white and the colour of morton is reddish which i never eat from your hotel.
