ordered the food item at 9.00pm.orderaccepted by resturant. eta was 50 minutes i.e. 9.50pm. waited till 11.20p.m. then called to resurant and they told food already despatched almost hour back. which was completely a false information. finally got message from zomato that the food been canceled by resturant. such a horrible experience with the resurant after accepting theorder,keeping a track thats its being prepared, and finally cancelling theorderafter a long wait at 11.30pm night. being patient with them looking at current situation has overpaid me.pathetic experience .
