hot pot restaurant

hotpot is a place where you'll get indo-chinese, north indian and some asian continental dishes to enjoy. situated in the heart of guwahati, in bhuvan road in uzanbazar near 4 seasons restaurant, this place should have been a solid strong one. maybe it is because i could see many people coming here.

but i didn't like the food at all. i had ordered veg pulao, paneer butter masala and crispy chilli baby corn. veg pulao was good but they could have added some pieces of paneer as well. crispy chilli baby corn was normal and apparently it was very cold so i didn't enjoy much. and the worst was the paneer butter masala. it was so so sweet it felt as if i was having some sweet dish instead. i want the chef to taste some other places' butter masala dishes and then recreate it. because it needs so much improvement! my friend couldn't have anything actually. although we had asked the chef to spice it up a bit and he did add some green chillies but it was not enough sadly. and the price was also on the higher side considering not at all a worthy taste.

i am giving 2 stars for the service which also needs improvement but i really appreciate the work the guys are doing in this restaurant.

pork chilli fried rice is smelling very bad . couldn't have 1 spoon also.

packaging is horrible. not expected from zomato or hot pot restaurant

salt amount is almost nil. sorey to say but the fried rice had no taste

guys this may be anything in this world but definitely not butter chicken.

chicken manchurian was stale . whole dish was smelly . egg fried rice was not cooked properly and was awefuk to taste.. i couldn’t t have this food . soup was ok. need refund .

although the taste was different as compared to other restaurants but not good enough to feel like ummmhhh.. besides they should provide spoons and forks.

hands down. best momos in town. thank you for serving delicious momos hot pot.

chicken and pork pieces used in the noodles were leftovers. like skin and lard of pork. there was so much spice that i had to throw away the noodles. the chicken honey crisps was average. i think their chef was absent and somebody else made the food.

i couldn't find bamboo shoot. taste less, no salt, pork was not good.
