bison is a must. theirbisonburger was unbelievable. recommended by the server ... when i said i do beef medium rare, she took the extra step of recommending med to med well with it. she was dead on. it comes with mayo and i asked for something spicier so they whipped up a chipotle aioli. my guess is everything on the menu is outstanding. service, atmosphere, food. all 3 are outstanding- tough for a restaurant to do, as picky as i am. it's not a compliment i give out often.
