for a joburg-based lover of good food, hemingway's is a real gem: a respectable almost-fine dining establishment in centurion, which has long suffered from a dearth of viable fancier options for a good night out.
i'll spare you the lengthy review: suffice to say, hemingway's is good. really good. excellent food from a varied and interesting menu, an extensive and reasonably priced wine and spirit selection, and really good service, all set in an elegantly decorated, old-time-style homage to one of the greatest literary geniuses makes for a great place to grab a steak and sip on a lagavulin.
