harlow is the sister restaurant of the ever-popular prasad (located in the pearl district). with decorative accents, plenty of seating, and a prime location, you can bring just about anyone here any day of the week. just blocks from the hawthorne theater and a handful of portland icons, its making its way to be the top vegetarian/vegan restaurant in pdx. it surprises most people that i am not an enormous fan of vegan food, but removing butter, cheese, and dairy products from my already limited options usually leaves myfoodwith less flavor, and my palette unsatisfied. not here. harlow is the place i brin
