hardy's bavaria. went for dinner slow slow service pork shank was hard to cut told owner and server and they didn't believe us. spoke with other diner eating same dish they also had same problem. ordered germanchoccake not germanchoccake more like a very darkchoccake from costco. they don't care about the customer and the pork was $29.00 we'll not go back
