dine here in the late afternoon or in the evening to experience manila bay's real beauty. this is one of those places that manilenos should be proud of.

the food has been consistent all throughout the years. and the scenic view of manila bay just hits your filipino heart in all the right places.

this place is really nice because of the ambience and the perfect view of the bay. typical filipino food served on a great location. would love to visit this place again.

this place is awesome. totally underrated if you ask me. menu's pretty diverse, but mostly filipino dishes. if you're craving for seafood, then this is your go to place. the restaurant's ambience, specially at night is just astounding. you get to dine near the manila bay. highly recommended.

if u want crab u need to pay 1800 pesos. super pricey. dirty tables. unprofessional staffs. i dont recommend eating here. mabaho pa and dami insects

i love the sunset view. the place was kind of crowded though. the fried chicken was really tender and delicious. the kare-kare was also good. the squid, which was cooked in olive oil, was also tasty. i liked their sisig since it was not that greasy. we also had suahe which tasted really fresh. the prices were reasonable.

was finally able to eat out after months of quarantine. decided to go to this restaurant since it is alfresco and i miss dining by the beach side. i love their fresh shrimps and the sinigang na salmon. the price is just right and the staff is also very accommodating. will definitely return for more.

harbor view has always been one of our favorite hangout since we were in our college days to present. this is our go-to place for best sunset view as well as the best adobong pusit! we simply love celebrating birthdays and special occasions here!

when my siblings have their vacation here in the philippines our driver suggested this place which is by the way walking distance from hotel h2o were we checked in.. walking towards the resturant the view is so nice wherein you can take some pictures for souvenirs, profile picture or myday ☺️ and we had our sumptuous dinner 😋 surely come back here to try their other menus
food: its a little bit pricey but worth every penny for me.
place: there is a smoking and non smoking area the view is our beautiful manila bay
staff: very accommodating

was surprised that the food tasted good 😁 serving size matches price, madami nman pla. everything is tasty: ampalaya con carne, clam soup, kilawin, would have wanted some egg on my sisig, and the seafood basket lang was expensive for the serving size. but would definitely come back here.

couldn’t fault this restaurant for anything- ambience is good, food is good, staff very nice, polite and attentive. reasonably priced as well.

been here many times, cause the food was so tasty though its a little bit pricey.. ambience was good too, #dinnerbythebay ampeg.. but the last time i ate there was so disgusting.. there's a dead fly "langaw" in their adobong pusit.. buti na lang malinaw ang mata ko at nakita ko pa yun kahit na gabi na..gusto ko sana magsisigaw that night but my friend was trying to calm me..
we told/inform the waiter about that, & when he came back for almost 20 minutes, they gave us free dessert and apologizing for what happened! just wow!! i thought babawasan nila ang bill namin dahil sa nangyari , but no, nagbayad parin kami ng buo...! never back again in this resto! so, disappointing.. 👎👎

would not recommend this restaurant.

the food is overly priced, thier price can be comparable to a 5 star hotel. but food quality and food taste is just average.

for reference i order a blueberry cheese shake. not a watery blueberry cheese juice.

customer service also needs some improvement, the staff attentiveness also needs some work. the staff are huddled together by 3's and 4's in one area.

fresh seafood out of the tank, sashimi, and everything in between. the food here is very good and a great place for dining in groups so you can share multiple dishes and try a bit of everything. it's great sitting on the jetty and eating with sensational views across manila bay and the manila skyline. the service lets the place down but having said that, they are always busy so i can understand the pressure the staff are under so i can live with that due to the great food.

used to be my officemates hangout before. back then their pricing was quite reasonable. went there a few months back and was surprised that it was not the same anymore. i don't know if their was a change of management or not, but the place caters mostly to tourists right now. service is not that quick and prices are not for the budget friendly type. they also charged excessively for the service charge. it may be okay for others but definitely not for our group.
