i have been to the happy village, but it was always to play ping pong, so the drinks always seemed secondary. they're cheap...? it's a dive bar with a porch and a pingpongtable, come on.
that porch is very open, and i was always able to get my own table to sit at. pingpongetiquette here is pretty great, too; people rotate often and nobody gets upset when a ball comes flying from the other table. that must be where the happy comes from...
