i have had my eye on hank's for while, especially after all the amazing things i've heard about it. however, i only finally managed to go a couple of weeks ago on a rare friday off work.
they have sandwich options already made up, but i think it's possible to also request something of your own. the sandwich options they have are pretty tasty so i'm not sure people prefer not to opt for their own creation.
they have lots of different fillings, on lots of different breads, but i chose a chicken, bacon and cream cheese panini. after selecting your sandwich you pick from a variety of salads, luckily you can choose 2, as they all look delightful. the broccoli and bacon salad was delicious - i could have eaten a whole box of just that salad! however, i thoroughlyenjoyedmy whole lunch, the hardest part was choosing from the great selection.
hank's definitely needs to be open at the weekend so i can try more of their tasty goodness!
