very poor. only delivery was good. the food was so poor that i felt cheated. i'm a regular offline customer of halais restaurant. they sell good products usually but this order was very poor.
1. the order was packaged in a smaller container (i know since i've bought from them offline several times)
2. the friedricewas not cooked properly. there was too much pepper and the egg was partially cooked.
3. the porottas were old and possibly made in the morning. they were hard and oily and spoilt.
zomato should either ensure whether the restaurant is providing the same or good quality food online or they should black list such restaurants for selling bad food.

parking : exclusive space is available just 2 blocks away from the restaurant.
ambience : nothing too fancy. but not bad either. if you are "corona-phobic", you might wanna get a takeaway rather than sit at the restaurant, because its filled with people, especially during lunch.
food : 5/5 mouthwatering !!! the fish biriyani was memorable. the mandi quarter was just enough portion for one person. the grilled fish was out of this world 😁❤️

just an over hyped biriyani that doesn't taste good. the beef is as hard as rubber and had to throw most of it out.ricewas sticky and food was cold. alot to improve.

i order biryani longricewith full ofriceclumps no masala poor taste ... utterly disappointed and ordered the food bcoz of previous good experience with the restaurant but now they are serving really poor food with no taste such a waste of money 😤😠😡

the chicken roast had only one piece of chicken. the other one small piece was simply bones with no flesh at all. beef meat was not tender at all, otherwise beef roast was good. biriyaniriceyet to be cooked a little more, else good. friedricewas good.
