very poor. only delivery was good. the food was so poor that i felt cheated. i'm a regular offline customer of halais restaurant. they sell good products usually but this order was very poor.
1. the order was packaged in a smaller container (i know since i've bought from them offline several times)
2. the fried rice was not cooked properly. there was too much pepper and the egg was partially cooked.
3. the porottas were old and possibly made in the morning. they were hard and oily and spoilt.
zomato should either ensure whether the restaurant is providing the same or good quality food online or they should black list such restaurants for selling bad food.
