grill'd - rosalie

our first impression was energetic staff and fast service. loved the summertime salad with its fresh ingredients and good combination of texture. zucchinichipswere perfectly crumbed and deep fried; just wished the zucchini could have been crunchy. it might be either steamed or blanched before being crumbed; that’s why too soft and wet inside the crumb. the veggie burger needed a bit more flavour in the patties; otherwise it was good.

craving for a lighter option for lunch therefore i went for mini me pack . it included mini beef burger, minichipsand a choice of water or juice. despite the fact that it’s only a mini beef burger. i could still enjoy the burger. i liked the patty. nice and friendly staff

i really like the burgers here and paul chan is giving me a treat here tonight. i go for my favourite burger, the sir truffles ($15.90) and paul decides on the bonfire bbq ($15.90). we also order achipsshare plate ($14).

our freshly prepared meal arrives within 12 minutes. we love our burgers, especially the flavoursome wagyu patties. thechipsshare plate comprises crispy avocado chips, grill’dchipsand crispy zucchini chips. a wonderful and delicious meal and we appreciate the friendly service here. thank you guys!

last night, i meant to go to rosalie mew for a bowl of pho @ mints but it was closed for the holiday so changed to have a quick dinner at this chain store. remembered the impressive zen chicken @ the browns plain branch so ordered two of those sliders withchipsand hot and smoky dips. might be i was too tired or the dining vibe was not as comfortable as the one at browns plain. i did not feel satisfied with the sliders neither the chips. slider was bland andchipswere not as crispy. what a disappointed dinner! having said that the service was still friendly and hospitable.

this is my fav grill'd because i love presiding over humming rosalie village from the raised outdoor terrace. 😋

from the new specialty wagyu range, we recently tried the wagyu wunder & the sir truffle burgers, both with added bacon (which tbh was unnecessary). these bad boys had thick, juicy, tender patties beautifully seasoned with smoked sea salt. but sir truffle's intoxicating truffley waft, his regal truffle mayo & his delicious charry flavour meant he dominated, hands down. all hail. 👑

special shout out to thosechipswith sea salt & rosemary - holy crap they're always good, especially dipped in herbed mayo. 🤤

do not, i repeat do not check the nutritional info for the calorific content. trust me: you don't need to know - just sit back & enjoy a cheat meal! 👍

today we were were looking for a place to eat at rosalie and my partner after checking a few menus and finding nothing vegan or at least vegetarian that looked interesting we decided to go for grill'd as we know they have a few options.

we ordered the veggie delight, garden goodness and thechipsshare plate.

the veggie delight was indeed delightful, you get that burger feeling but it's not greasy or heavy and it was perfect for my sunday lunch, the bun was soft and the veggies were crunchy and fresh, the patty was also moist and had a good flavour to it. the only thing i could complain is that i wish there was maybe a zesty flavour added to it, a little bit of lime juice would have lifted a lot the flavours coming from it. i would rate it a 4 out of 5.

the garden goodness was also excellent, the bun was also soft and the veggies were as fresh as in the other burger, this patty has a softer flavour than the one they use for the veggie delight which made the burger feel more balanced than it's brother although it was also drier. this one i would rate a 4.5 out of 5.

thechipsshare plate, we chose the avocado and zucchinichipsfollowed by their traditional chips, all of thechipswere perfectly seasoned, crunchy outside and moist inside, i could not fault anything about it, i only wish they had more options for dipping sauces as from the 4 options 3 are mayonnaise based and the last choice is a simple tomato relish. would rate it a 4.5 out of 5.

overall, rosalie grill'd might be the best store from the franchise and i would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a burger.

best grill'd i've had in a long time. sometimes i have grill'd and i'm disappointed - the burger isn't full of flavour like usual and thechipslack lustre. however, today at the rosalie grill'd it was bang on. i had the mustard and pickled and it was so tasty and the burger was very well put together - cudos to the guy who made it. i smashed the burger andchipsand didn't feel at all guilty about it - when it tastes that good it's always a good time.

the staff are always friendly and energetic st grill'd. i decided to try the new low carb bun and thoroughly enjoyed it. the service was fast and thechipscrunchy and delicious.

an absolute overload of herbs in everything!! the burger, thechipsand the dipping sauce. didn't enjoy the flavors myself but the food was presented nicely and of good quality.

this place is my saviour when i am having a hard day at work. i come here knowing i'll get a delicious filling meal. i love the flavour of the sweet potatochipshere. they're perfect. grill'd burgers are by far my favourite in comparison to all the burger joints i've been to in brisbane. it must be the herbed mayo ;). the guy making the burgers stood close to the register while i was making my order so he could commence preparation of my burger asap. i appreciate the efficiency of rosalie grilld staff. thanks always.

grabbed zucchinichipstoday. these are quickly becoming my favourite snack food - and grill'd serves them in a large quantity, for a great cost, with impeccable service. highly recommend them.

perfect. i have been to grill'd probably once a week for the past couple of years! the burgers are always yummy and you can't go past thechipsand amazing tomato relish! have never been disappointed in all the years i have been going.

always great service and delicious, prompt meals. loved the lamb, hommus and goats cheese burger. a place where thechipsare always hot too!

you can always expect consistent quality and friendly service from them. a  summer sunset  ($12.50), a  mustard & pickled  ($11.50) and a side of chipswith herbed mayo  ($5.20) were all we needed to get warm and cheerful on a cold winter night.

was ok. went to rosalie one and very busy but food came out fine and no complaints at all. not entirely sure about this whole healthy thing is about though, nice marketing. will ask for no herbs on thechipsnext time as was overpowering but still ok. all in all it is a burger joint and expect decent food for the price of a burger, saying this no burger comes close to the worst burger in the us so someone please start a burger joint selling burgers us style.
