griff's hamburgers

i went here a lot as a kid and always loved it. i was happy to see it was still there when i moved back to dallas 2 years ago. it's fast food, but it's good. better than major chains and cheaper. check it out, it's worth a try.

great food. good prices. friendly staff. first time here and i wasn’t disappointed

wow! excellent burgers, always fresh fries, fresh fried pies, and the steak finger basket is better than dairy queen hands down. this is my new favorite place! they actually seem to care about what they do and that they work with food. the staff is constantly cleaning throughout our time here. there's a candy game and an arcade game for the kiddos so there won't be a dull moment. now all they need is a guacamole burger and i'm set! even though their...well any burger is top notch! yummo!

miss. bad customer service , order a cheese burger and they give me no cheese and when i ask the guy who took the order argu with me the manager say just give the cheese and he grab a cold slice of cheese and hand it to me .. i just return my meal..

customer from mesquite. i went through the drive-thru and ordered a cheeseburger combo,got home and they had cut my onions. yeah, the service is fast but just get it right!!!

worst experience ever!!. the service was horrible! the workers were throwing ketchup packets across the restaurant at each other, one flew right by our table!there was a friend of apparently every worker in there and he was playing and yelling over intercom at the employees! he and one of the young ladies that work there were all hugged up leaning all over the counter. he was brushing/ picking his hair all over the counter where orders are placed for customers to pick up!!! the manager and the other young man that was there were cursing in front of my 12 year old son! the manager that was on duty was just as horrible as the employees that he was managing! my son ordered a corn dog and it took them at 15 minutes to make it, because they were to busy playing around,talking on their cell phones instead of doing their job!! the worst experience ever! don't eat there, it a freaking playground!

grumpy crew. the supervisor was an old gray haired grumpy man who in turned rubbed off on his employees. no smiles just aweful attitudes. bathrooms were dirty. food ok but have had better.

don't waste your time, if you do, check your receipt, they take extra money!. good burgers, but the staff is terrible, my 7.50 lunch turned into a huge ordeal after i was charged more than 35 dollars for it. worst part is i was home already before their error was realized. after returning to get my money back, i was told that i would not recieve the money back on my card for 3-5 days. this is a big issue as i am the father of 3 children and live paycheck to paycheck. the manager that i spoke to first acted like it wasn't the first time this had happened, time to adjust your processes to 2014! the gm or owner was very curt and didn't care whether i left happy. last time i go here, disappointing!

good average hamburger. this is a good hamburger place however not an excellent burger. we ordered the "giant hamburger" and while it was on a large bun the amount of meat was far from being "giant". the burger had little taste to it and was just another burger. there was a very thin slice and i mean very thin slice of tomato, chopped onions , pickle and small piece of lettuce. i know that one should not expect a gourmet hamburger when you only pay $2.99 for the burger. the service was quick and the meal order was accurate. the inside dining area was very clean. wish i could have written that about the restroom and my spouse advised her restroom was about the same condition.they did give us a refill on our drinks.

disappointed, period!. i expected a tasty, juicy hamburger. what i got was a dry, tasteless excuse for a burger. the meat was too thin. i couldn't even taste the onions. the fries were too thin and crunchy. even the sweet tea was tasteless. i will not be visiting griff's again.

the wy a cb should taste. remember the way beef tasted in the 60's.these taste like that.....don't go here if you don't like a good greasy beef tasting cheeseburger.and very reasonable prices, get it all to go not dine in

excellent old time greazy cheeseburger & dried. title says it all

their concept is really not much different than mcdonald’s or burger king, so i was curious to see if they made better burgers here than the big guys. the setup inside the restaurant was the same as a regular fast food place, their menu looked very much the same, and the whole ordering process was also the same as you would expect from a fast food place. they didn’t advertise any special meat, fries, or anything that would make them different. i ordered their double giant cheese burger combo. unlike other places we didn’t get the drink cups to make our own drinks; we had to order the soda and they would pour it. i thought that was odd. i mean it’s not exactly expensive to have people get soda a few times by themselves. the wait was not unexpected very long, maybe 3-4 minutes and the burger was ready. it was wrap

after visiting the best hammy joint known to my taste buds...i would just like to say everything that has ever touched my lips has been absolutely great. staff included. :)
