this is a great little convenience place to get some good asian inspired food. my family used to often order delivery before we moved out of the area. we still drop in when we are in the area. their food is delicious and the price is comparable. if you go next door to kroger, their sushi in the deli area, though prepared recently, often costs more than the fresh sushi prepared at the gth. not to mention kroger sushi (though still good) is presented in a plastic box. gth has a wide variety of sushi available and we've not had a roll we didn't thoroughly enjoy. their non-sushi wares are also delicious and well proportioned and still offer a great value. my non-sushi eating kids (whos children are these?!?) often order chicken dishes and lo mein. always a joy. the staff are very friendly and the restaurant has a post modern asian décor. it is very inviting. their lunch and posted specials are a good value, and i have always enjoyed their offerings. worth a drop in.

will never return! my daughters chicken was not fully cooked. i called (we had delivered) and was basically called a liar by the person who took my call. would've run my food back if i didn't have two sleeping children at the time. the employee/manager could care less. terrible service!

my name is eva feng, the owner of green tea house. i am so sorry that on the night of feb 24 2015, your delivery order arrived without your fried dumplings. we wish you would understand that the reason it took us 20 minutes to redeliver your fried dumplings were because of the road conditions. as you may remember the roads were really icy and it was snowing throughout the day. we apaologize that we werent able to redeliver as fast as you expected, and i understand you and your husband are really upset. but we couldnt offer your whole order for free, otherwise we would have to do so for all other unhappy future orders. i understand your reason for leaving us the bad review. we value and respect all our customers so whenever we do make any mistakes, we try our best to make it up to them. but in this situation we were not able to provide you a refund since you already have eaten your order and wished to still have the fried dumplings redelivered.
please give us another chance to serve you and we are offering a free entree for you.

awful!. for anyone thinking about eating here, don't. they deliver half your order but charge you the full amount, and when you call to try to get your food they couldn't care less. we were told they will bring the remainder of our order the next time we order. when we asked for a manager, we were told there was not one available to speak with us. then, the lady said they would be happy to come back out and take back the food they did deliver. for most restaurants, customer service is the key to building a business, but not for this place. with service like that, combined with substandard food, this place won't last long unless ownership steps in and makes some personnel changes.

gives chinese food a bad rap. we had our first experience with the green tea house #1 on heritage trace last night. the bill was high - the food was low. the crab is all artificial. the calamari is frozen already breaded - yuk! the garlic green beans and chicken had no garlic or flavor or any kind, was served cold (probably frozen chicken pieces), sent back and brought back to the table half warm. i asked for a manager or owner - no one works on thursday night. i asked for it to be removed from the bill - not happening. the only good thing we had was the hot saki and it was less than a top brand, the waitress knew about 3 words to describe each dish "frozen" "fried" "okay" we were so disappointed that it was tempting to put a big -0- at the bottom and sign my name. we will never darken their door again and would warn others to avoid the "bad excuse for chinese cuisine." have traveled the world and the little place that only does take out at love field serves better, hotter, more tasty food!

the good is amazing but the service is absolutely horrid. i've had bad service at restaurants but never this bad. this would be my favorite place if it weren't for the service.

my husband and i love this place!!! we normally leave stuffed and can't get enough of it. he gets the black peppered shrimp and i get the thai red curry(chicken) or the szechuan chicken, all are so delicious. my husband has lived in austin and san diego and gasn't had chinese food this good since moving here. we referred a friend and ger family also loved it.

amazing food!. i think this is the best asian food available in fort worth. i'm moved here from california and let me tell you. it's been hell trying to find this quality level. i call in delivery almost daily.

nevermind ;). i am not sure if i was given accurate info on the phone because we ordered two cups and it was def two bowls on our to go., for a reasonable price. everything was fresh, healthy and no msg! love it

need to update prices on menu. so, apparently the egg drop has gone up and is not reflected on their menu, they dont sell bowls of soup, and in order for us to have two bowls, it is close to $10.00. this definitely needs reasessing.

omg can you say amazing! ive only ordered delivery so far but everytime is tasty and a speedy delivery. the volcano roll is by far my favorite. i am so glad they stuck a flyer on my door otherwise my life would not be complete

delicous delivery. the heart attack jalapeno appetizer is the best food i have every had. my mouth waters just thinking about it....

intensely amazing!. the food at green tea house is absolutely delicious! i eat their food so much, i practically memorize their menu.
the workers there are so kind and make your dining experience unforgettable. catering to your every need, they definitely know how to take care of their customers.

great place and great food. i often order here for delivery, and dine in. i must say, the food is incredible, they deliver very fast, and the people that work there are nice and genuinely care about your needs. i recommend this restaurant to many friends and they all love it!
