boring mall, great food. this is your basic strip mall, but it has a number of great eateries among its many boring shops. one of the really good ones is greek cafe. their menu is small, but whether you like greek food or not, you should be able to find something you like. besides the usual greek entrees, they have philly steaks simple salads, tilapia, hamburgers and sauteed vegetables. their gyro sandwiches are a combination of beef and lamb, and my goodness do they know how to pour it on! i could not even close the ends of the pita it was so packed. and delicious does not even begin to describe the flavor. the combo lunch, which is one of five, comes with fries and a drink. the side of fries was excellent and quite a lot for the money. i am usually skeptical about ordering the lunch special as many times i leave the restaurant still hungry. not this time. i was going to hit the custard shoppe next door, but the size of the lunch kinda put the kibosh on that.
there were about ten booths or tables to settle your bones and have a leisurely meal. amazingly, they had a greek radio station playing music while the diners ate. decorations were minimal, but that was the only thing. everyone working there were in great spirits, and as for the food, well, i already covered that. it was great!
