awful service. i was in town and drove past gator's and thought "hey, this could be a fun place and i can watch the world cup." so i go inside and i sit at the bar. the bartender came up to me and asked if i wanted something todrinkand i said yes and also asked for a food menu. she got mydrinkquick, but after that everything went down hill. i found what i wanted to eat pretty quickly because i had been traveling all day and hadn't eaten in a very long time, i was starving. i noticed that she was running food to a table and then disappeared for awhile and ran more food. there were only 3 tables in there and 4 or 5 girls who kept walking by me and saying nothing. after 15 min i was getting frustrated. i tried pushing my menu forward and nothing, i kept looking around for someone, nothing, i finished my drink, nothing. after 20 min i saw my bartender walk out of the kitchen with her water bottle and go talk to the other girls in the corner without even looking in my direction. i had it at this point and asked the girl who was filling ice at the bar if i could pay for my drink. she went and got the bartender who then said "oh you just want the one drink?" which i replied yes i'd just like my bill. at this point someone else came up to her to pay and she proceeded to help them before even giving me the bill. i was so furious i almost walked out. i understand that i'm a single female at a sports pub, but that doesn't mean you should help all the guys in the place before you even consider helping me. i've been in the service industry for 7 years and have never had such horrible service that i considered not tipping, and walking out without paying, not to mention write a review, which here it is. i will not recommend this place to anyone and will continue to write reviews on almost every review site i can. step up your game seriously. service is key even if the food is good, which i wouldn't know because i was ignored. thanks for absolutely nothing.
