terrible customer service.the banana foster pancakes are made with rum...although the menu doesn't state such.i spoke to the co-owner about the fact that i was unaware that the banana foster pancakes were made with rum being that my waiter never mentioned it and it wasn't on the menu. per the menu:banana foster pancakes:'a stack of pancakes covered with sauteed caramelized bananas and walnut in a rich buttery sauce, topped with whipped cream. you’ll say ‘wow’!' do you see rum any where in the description? when i told the co-owner about it, she never once apologized for her company's negligence. she made it seem like it was up to me to know that it had rum in it. she told me that 'in new orleans, banana fosters are made with rum.' she even went on to say that she's been at the restaurant location for 6 years, my waiter should've explained it to me that it had rum in it, how the rum was supposed to be 'cooked' out, all the while ignoring the fact that i told her i could taste the rum in it. i told her what if i were pregnant and she got even more defensive. one would think that by the long wait time to be seated, the long wait time to get your order taken when you're finally seated, the long wait time to get some damn breakfast food, she would've displayed better customer service, but no.i was sorely disappointed and i won't be returning and i won't recommend this place to anyone else again.
