good primeriband a very large portion. we ordered the roasted brussels sprouts and couldn't get the fork in them. (they were removed from the bill). the service was surprisingly poor for the type of steakhouse and prices. we had to ask for our bread as did the diners next to us. i felt like i was in a 24 hour breakfast chain vs. a fine dining establishment. i would not recommend and don't plan to return.

very nice meal that my man waited a full year for :) great service from john from the word go. started with oysters with horseradish and they were deadly delicious!!! the caesar salad came next and i could have used a bit more dressing but it was good. next was theribeye main and the sirloin main. both were massive in size and had great flavour. the special mashed potatoes were effing good, especially when i mixed in some of the roasted garlic from my sirloin dish. great wine, awesome service. lovely evening. we will be back every year that we visit vegas.

enjoy!. everything about our dinner here was great!! - the primeriband their signature dry aged new york sirloin cooked to perfection. we also had sides whiched included, sauteed mushrooms and asparagus that complimented the meal perfectly. our waiter was very attentive to our needs throughout the meal but did not rush us.

i totally agree with the stellar service given by roberto; he and his supporting waitstaff were spot-on. the queen cut primeribwas huge and well marbled. quite flavorful and cooked to correct medium-rare

terrific real steak house. great atmosphere, terrific steak and primerib(incidentally, the best butter i've ever had) and a friendly, attentive waiter (actually from n.y.). our only side, the onion rings, was a generous portion and tasted out of this world
on the downside, the hostesses weren't particularly enthused and there was not a comfortable waiting area. (but hey, they want you in the casino after all!)

wish i had gone there on my last visit to las vegas instead of the pretentious and less than satisfying b & b ristorante at the venetian.
