so i booked a table for 4 pers and i had already paid using zomato pro, i was expecting a buffet like the description, then it turned out it’s a completely different buffet. the one metnioned in the description included steaks, sizzling grills, live stations, pizza and pasta. unfortunately, there was only indian and arabic food. my invitees dont like this type of cuisine, we booked there expecting italian and steaks.
i instantly contacted zomato agents to find a solution, they were so rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. they did not offer any solution for more than 50 mins. so basically i waited there with my guests with more than 50 mins.
when no one responded, we ate fruits and desserts and left the place with a bas experience. the manager said we have to change the buffet everyday so it wont be the same and zomato pro did not help at all and i was the one who paid for nothing.
