we came here because we are korean hopping. this place is near my boyfriend's house so we were so curious for so long. after one night, we finally came to eat here.

the house is a bit shady, initially i thought it was a carwash. good thing there is parking.

when we went inside there were few staff. when we were seated, most of them are very silent. one of them is particularly grumpy. she was assigned to the cashier and to our table. i was so annoyed by her behavior because when i call her she keeps on looking at me the wrong way, the i lost my cool, i started to be grumpy as well.

the quality of food let me down. the meat is not like the picture and the quality is not nice. imagine the beef being hard to chew. but the pork belly was fine. i said, we'll just try to dig in to the fish cakes since they are the only ones that i enjoyed.

i get to ask the server many times. it's a good thing for the 4th round i guess, a new server came to us.

never coming back here again. but very good fish cakes.

if you want to taste authentic korean cuisine. ga mi jung is the place for you. everything taste so good i cannot give a bad review. they have big servings which will make your tummy burst. after having a delicious korean meal, dont forget to buy ice cream! melona!

was very delighted with food the we ordered. portions were good for sharing. the free side dishes appetizers were good and enjoyable. for people who are fond of eating veggies this place is a must try. i enjoyed eating the kinchi.the soup noodles were still hot and freshly cooked. i was about to rate it 5 but there's non much ventilation, the efans were also slowly rotating. interiors are not that instragamable lol!but overall experience was fun 😊

the right place to visit when youre looking for authentic korean dishes.i love their jamm pong, broth is very flavorful and with complete seafood ingredients. side dishes appetizer are also abundant and can be refilled.for another round.their set menus are also affordable and has huge servings.the only downside is the aircon, not as cold as you need since their menus are a bit hit and chilly..i felt sweaty even if theres a back up elec.fan.

great value for money. enjoy authentic korean cuisine at a very accessible location along sumulong highway. its just beside a shell gas station less than 2km away from masinag market where sumulong and marcos highway intersects. also, dont forget to get melona for dessert.

love the food, generous serving.a lot of side dish, although the place is a bit hot . free cold tea ( i'm not sure if they serve water). also enjoyed their korean ice pops.

we had a hard time booking for valentine's day, because it was really late when we realized we had time to celebrate it.

we drove and drove, stopped to check a restaurant for vacancy (multiple times), yet we failed. it was almost 9pm, when we saw this korean restaurant still open. thank heavens!

just along sumulong highway, ga mi jung is a simple and cozy korean restaurant, mostly visited by korean foreigners/residents. furnituren is a bit old, or must i say traditional?

they don't serve unlimited pork and beef, but their food is really authentic and rich in flavor and spices.

we ordered the following:

sam gyup sal - 250 - grilled pork ribs - ordinary, serves 1 plate that is good for 2

dweji galbi - 280 - marinated pork ribs - too much fat, serves 1 plate that is good for 2

sundoobu jjigae - 250 - soft tofu stew - since they ran out of kimchi jiggae, settled for the soft tofu instead. it was really spicy! and the tofu is so silky soft, i really like the texture combined with the hot and spicy soup base.

bibim bab - 300 - rice and vegetables with beef - ordinary, can serve up to

banchan is served unlimited. if not for their fishcakes, i would ignore their side dishes haha.

if not for the authenticity of the food served, would definitely marked this restaurant low.

this is our favorite authentic korean restaurant... the refillable side dish are satisfying and taste good and their kimchi is fresh.. must have dishes are spicy squid with noodles, bulgogi and sangyupsal... the cost is also ok... not too pricey.

dispite the place being simple, i still enjoy eating on this place. this is what i call "a simple place to enjoy a food", it's definitely bang for the bucks.

service and food was awesome. might help if they try to refurnish the place a little. if its your first time to visit, do not wonder why they don't offer appetizers on their menu, because it will be served for free! yeah, probably 6 different appetizers including the kimchi! 😍

you would think this place was a korean car wash and would actually consider having koreans wash your car for once... but no, its a restaurant... that serves korean dishes pretty well! (surprisingly too). a bit expensive for its ambiance but decent and authentic korean food nonetheless. its a must when you pass by sumulong!

suprisingly, this place serves really authentic korean food, it doesn't look appealing on the outside, neither in the inside, but when they serve their food, everything changes! you will frequently see korean customers here, and i think that says something. 

they give generous amount of appetizers. i suggest you get the spicy beef soup. and their kimchi rice. then finish it with their korean ice cream on stick. 

overall if you really want to go authentic, then this is the place for you. really worth visiting.

ga mi jung is a nice addition of restaurant in the area of mambugan, antipolo city. they serve authentic korean dishes with really generous servings. a single order may already feed 3-5 people. food taste is also worth coming back for. korean craving solved!

you may also ask for seating at the back part of the restaurant (floor-seating with your legs crossed) for a more feel of korean dining. :-)

i love how this place brought the korean culture in antipolo. such a perfect place for kpop fans because they get to experience how koreans eat in a very low long table and with their butts on the ground.
