cheese suace woweee. i have been a fan of this little place for years. the owners phil and tracy treat you like family, and the waitstaff is wonderful. if you like eggs benedict i higly recommend it - phil uses a hybrid of sorts and calls it cheese sauce. to me it is like eating velvet, smooth and creamy.. kind of a mix between a hollandaise and cheese fondue. try dunking fries into it, delicious !!!
