fuego tortilla grill

had high expectations given the rating on zamato. ordering experience was very confusing. literally no signs or directions anywhere. i got their signaturechickentaco.chickenwas very dry. as good as it looked i thought the flavor was lacking.chickenwas overly dry. chips and salsa were decent. i must say i was pretty disappointed overall but would like to try again.

not many options for vegetarians. i tried taco withchickenand it was delicious. i think the interior decor could be better ! i found lighting to be bit on dim side.

amazing dr. pepper cowboy taco. so many textures and flavors with the brisket, grilled onions, dr pepper bbq sauce, cheese and chipotle cream corn. will be back later today to try thechickenbacon and fried avocado one. it's open 24 hrs! the salsa bar was tasty. cucumber relish was good. nice modern place and good clientele. fast employees too.

tacos with a side ofchickenbone. queso is top notch. i have never enjoyed any of their tacos. i wanted to give them another shot since they're now under new ownership. i had a surprise in my taco halfway through eating it....achickenbone. sorry fuego, i won't be back to see you. thank goodness torchy's opened in cs

guacamole andchickentortilla soup. i haven't had anything i don't like here. my only negative comment is that their chips could be thicker to hold all that delicious guacamole.

amazing tortillas! we get the pulled rotisseirechickentacos every time! and chips and queso...our favorite place in town!!

great place. the tacos are fantastic and are a great value. thechickenis great, and the queso is phenomenal and way different than your typical tex-mex restaurant queso.

only problem with the place is the (severe) lack of parking, i usually find myself having to park in the street or across the street at pizza hut (who has signs everywhere lambasting this practice).

yummy yummy. rotisseriechickentortilla soup.....not since the grapevine closed have i eaten anything close, but this is pretty good. also the smallchickencaesar salad is alot, and as good. and if you can stand the heat (haha) try the widow maker. wow !!!!!so far everything is, mucho bueno.

best tacos in town. i have been here a few times now and i have not gotten anything bad off the menu. the pastor tacos are flat out amazing. the tortillas are homemade and are some of the best i have ever had. really the best part though is the meat is flavorful and moist. i also suggest the funnel cakes. amazing!

service is great and i think will only get better as they get a bit more experience. right now they are kind of tripping on each other, but this is just because they are new.

the only downsides i have are the condiment bar is a bit small, but workable. (who else out there has unlimited sour cream?) the ordering area is packed as this restaurant is flooded with people. parking is a bit weird, but once again this will get nicer as time goes on. if you get achickentaco, make sure you check for bones first. i usually find at least one in there.

even though there are a few issues, i will be back time and time again.
