i go for the bronx burger – it’s big, it’s juicy, and it’s delicious with the right amount of mustard and sauce so its not just a drippy mess; the bun has a good consistency and is not sugary like some brioche burger buns have been of late. the chips have decent crunch though are underseasoned, and unfortunately they have no slaw available that day to try. the salted caramel milkshake has a proper amount of flavour without being sickeningly sweet. despite the queue, my order does arrive reasonably quickly. i know the next time i’m at aldi in north sydney buying the occasional random stuff like a slab of marble or garden gnome with built in lighting i’ll be enticed into trying the other boroughs.

have been working in north sydney for more than a month now and this burger shop is one of the suburb's higlights. simple american style burgers done well. i normally go for a manhattan with extra meat. the meat patties are thick and cooked medium rare. the combination of flavours are perfect. best burgers i've had to date.👌🍔

awesome staff and the best burger in aus! only gave a small reduction in rating because of the milkshake inconsistencies and lack of seating

ahhhhhh. a real burger the right yellowest melty cheese perfect brioche like bun chips that taste like potatoes highly recommended it's a must !

if you have a severe hangover or super hungry, walk right in. if you’re after the greatest burger in sydney, think twice.

burger. one of the best food inventions on this planet. it’s good for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or when you’re hangover from having way too many.

burger, i certainly had way too many.

i had the manhattan lunch special, and my burger and thick-cut chips were cooked well.
burger was tasty and chips were crunchy.
however, it missed a bit of ‘magic’ that made me want to eat again.

for this reason i give this place 3 bears

this place is close to my house. we to this place few times now.
the burgers are amazing. i love their mushroom burgers.

the service is not great and staff was rude last time when we went.
the lady at the counter charged is more, luckily while we were waiting for burger to come, i checked the bill and found something wrong. the lady had charged us wrong amount. after checking with her, she agreed we were over charged and returned the extra money.
this happened to use twice with the same lady.

had door dash delivery today, chips are cold and mushy when delivered, also the brooklyn burger had a tiny meat pattie that covers just over half of the burger, of the 4 burgers we had for lunch they are all like that, where is the meat? this is ripping off customers

this restaurant offers very simple american style burgers and dishes. i ordered the queens burger which consisted of a chicken patty. the burger was juicy, delicious, filling and nicely seasoned.

the cajun chicken burger comprises a piece of extremely reconstituted processed rubbish, which tastes vaguely like chicken flavoured crab-cake made from bone, cartilage and cardboard. it is utterly disgusting and befitting only of fast food menu from a bygone era... covered in so much sauce snd so much mayonnaise they had hoped to disguise it’s utter grossness, however such poor quality must be called out.

do not eat this ‘cajun’ monstrosity...

this item is a disgrace and was clearly never tested by anyone with any food training.

i genuinely miss working in north sydney, but only because of this place. the burgers i would say are the best i've ever tasted in sydney, hands down. along with a fatty milkshake. you can't go wrong.

please come to the inner west, you'll be most welcome here ;)

i was suckered in by the menu promising medium-rare beef patties. i’d actually been told that the health authorities had clamped down on that but most good places in sydney cook theirs to a juicy medium level, so i was very disappointed when the one at five points came out closer to well-done. it was good quality beef though and the rest of the burger came together well (a bit bland in the sauces department, could have done with more aioli and less mustard), so if you like the living daylights cooked out of your beef, you might like five points. they’re expensive burgers though, so i wasn’t impressed. the staff are also hard to understand (the noisy road doesn’t help) and seem to write down orders on paper in a foreign script, so make sure to get it read back to you before you pay.

big old tasty ass juicy ass burger. hits the spot if you are craving. which i assume you are...
ticks most of the classic burger boxes. the chips were also good which can often be a let down

when five points burgers opened in 2015 you would see queues of 15-20 plus patrons lining up during lunch hour. what makes this burger joint so popular apart from good burgers are their delicious milkshakes. the salted caramel is a favourite of mine. along with the queens burger.

[update: thanks to driss, the owner of five points, i was able to try this burger once again (sauces were missing last time), i’m glad to say that it was delicious and my favorite part was the crispy bacon! the sauces complimented the burger. i will be back to try their other burgers!]
