excellent food & outstanding service. one of best experiences in yeats coming to the gulf. will definetly return again.

beautiful setting and food was excellent

knew right away that fisher's was going to be a great experience: preprandial i always enjoy a sazerac and without hesitation and in stylish presentation i was promptly delighted. our appetizers and entrees were as expertly prepared and as delightfully enjoyed. we dined on a busy evening, but the service was as attentive and courteous as if we were the only patrons. will be going back soon!

if you didn't know, this is two different restaurants. had great experience with upstairs. i have a feeling that most of the negative reviews are for dockside. we have not eaten at dockside. the ambiance and staff upstairs were great. excellent cocktails. we had grouper, snapper, hanger steak, frog legs, and marinated crab claws. all were great there is no children's menu for upstairs.

food was bad. hamburger meat was low quality. fish tacos have no taste. blackened fish was not blackened just seasoned to taste spicy. chicken fingers had no taste. crab claws expensive. waste of money. good atmosphere terrible food.

i love this place. the food is great and affordable .. definately stop by and enjoy the great food and atmosphere

tried to go there for the second time to eat. the first time they were closing for a private party at 1:15 p.m. the second time we never got a server after 20-25 minutes of waiting. it was not busy at the time. the server was more concerned with a table of college boys. we finally left. will not go back!!!

heard great things about this place, but came away disappointed. service was poor. food was good, but not great.

eat but don't drink. good food and service, nice place, our two cocktails cost more than the meal. two drinks for $22.00. not again.

love this place, great location, great food, terrific bar. i've only eaten on the bottom floor which has a relaxed feel with beautiful views. nice brunch too! add this to your beach dining list!

service was professional and friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable trendy. we had the scallops and pork belly appetizer. it was the perfect combination with the "distraction cocktail" bourbon mint and cinnamon ...excellent...tad on the pricy side...but worth it!

fisher's exceeds expectations!. lured in by word of mouth, we were fairly sure it would be good, but fisher's exceeded in every area! the brussel sprouts with ginger and bacon danced in our mouths! the flounder stuffed with gulf shrimp and cornbread stuffing was moist with a lemon beurre blanc infusion. the filet mignon was tender, cooked perfectly, and was seasoned to perfection. the luxurious ambiance, quality food concepts, and excellent service made this dining experience a winner! we will definitely be back!

worth the wait. although we had reservations, my family had to wait half an hour for a table because of unexpected bad weather. during this time, we tasted their marvelous house margaritas, topped with a saltwater foam. our server, lloyd, was knowledgeable and pleasant, and catered to or every whim. we all loved the crispy pork cheeks and crab cakes, and got excellent wine suggestions from one of the co-owners. i'm definitely going back.

fantastic!. i have been to fisher's several times with friends who own a home in the gulf shores. each visit to fisher's we have been treated with exceptional service from the waitstaff, bar tenders, and general management. the food is something to write home about; healthy portions, comfort food including delightful crab cakes, fine seafood preparations, and warm sweet treats such as the pineapple upside down cake. cocktails are made with care from bar tenders lee and robert and the wine selection is vast. i also hear that the barrels above the bar contain house made moonshine. the location of the restaurant is also wonderful. located next to a marina, you'll find a variety of diners on hand. the experience of dining at fisher's is enhanced by the warm, welcoming decor. from the light blue walls to the "hello beautiful" pillow, diners feel comforted and relaxed. thank you for a great experience. we will be back many times over.

i've eaten at fisher's a couple times. each time the food for myself and guests was exceptionally delicious, including seafood and steaks. i had their daily special last summer, creole style low country shrimp and grits. it was awesome! i've had shrimp and grits several other places that didn't compare. i hope they put it on their regular menu.
