why is this not listed under sushi?. this is our favorite sushi place in theareaand we have tried them all. consistently the best product- fresh, well prepared, made to order with all of my quirky requests accomodated with a smile (extra, extra ginger, no soy sauce etc...) i have had other dishes besides the sushi and they are all superb. the tokyo salad is a favorite and the shrimp tacos are to die for! we are working our way through the menu and when family comes to town, this is where we take them. my son is a professional chef back east who is a graduate of the cia and he was duly impressed with the quality and taste of the food, not to mention the presentation. nuff said?
