get you some of that. i wish i could eat here every night... i want it now but my husband has to work late.. boo... the bruschetta and meatball appetizers are amazing and so is the burratta mozerella pizza... if you don't get this pizza you aren't doing yourself any favors!

great people from hostesses, to wait staff, to managers... been here many times... if something is ever not quite right you are compensated in some way (or maybe they just like us 'cause we frequent the place!) gluten-free dough is a plus and splitting the texas bib is yum-may! we miss heather!! will have to go find her at dallas location!

best pizza!. the best pizza ever! this is pizza for foodies. every ingredient has been carefully prepared to bring out the best flavor. even the diced tomatoes that go on the pizza have been marinated in some secret goodness that i can only describe as divine. my favorite pizza is the one with the goat cheese on it. and this place also has the best cheesecake i have ever had. trust me! i love dessert, but i've never been a big cheesecake fan. then one of my friends ordered the cheesecake here and i must have eaten 3/4's of it. it is just sooo creamy and not too sweet.

rude rushed intrusive service. decided to eat here last night around 8pm. it was fairly busy but not crowded. we were seated immediatly. the rude waiter should rethink his career choice if he expects to make any money. on the positive side the pizza and salad were very good, but i won't be back. y'all enjoy.

love it!. love this place for pizza and salad. salads are great. get one to split with others, then get pizza. like the unusual combinations. haven't had any appetizers yet but they all look good.

different pizza experience. they use a combination of great, fresh ingredients to offer delicious pizzas. you have to also try the bruschetta app.

the bar and wait staff were friendly and professional.

great addition to the area. not your average pizza. crust is light and almost fluffy, very fresh ingredients. try the meatball, absolutely awesome. looks like a nice bar as well.

their crab claws are awesome!! but as for the pies, we always get the "tripleroni" and add fresh jalapenos just to spice it up... mmmm! just wish they put the pizza on something hot to keep the crust from getting soggy after it sits a minute, but other than that we love it! their "serious cesar" is fantastic and we love the extreme anchovy flavor plus the added white anchovy fillets on the crusty bread just tops it off, nutty and delicious!

worth a trip - north beach = yummy. grapevine/southlake has a lot of good pizza these days. fireside is no exception. had a delicious sangria and split a caesar with 4. really enjoyed the anchovy spread on crisp toast points - yum. also loved the bruschetta with goat cheese a tomatoes. shared a meatball and north beach pizza. really liked the pepperoncinis on the north beach, but some thought it a little spicy. crust was great - thin and crispy with just enough chew. several good beers on tap and the cheesecake at the end was really fluffy and delicious. would love to get back and try some more!

fireside pies takes pizza and adds a little upscale twist. they create premium wood-fired pies with only fresh ingredients. the average cost of a pizza is $12-$15 and should feed 2-3 people. on our visit the past weekend, we started with the garlic cheese

not the norm by pizza standards but very good. thin crust with great sauce. like the unusual combinations and ingrediants available.

my favorite pizza ever. i'm a pizza lover and could it eat everyday for the rest of my life if i could and i if that were the case, my pick would be fireside pies. very delicious and their sangria's are my favorite too!

great neighborhood bar hangout. always great food at this grapevine neighborhood spot. even better they have a great group of folks that work up there. go see jamie behind the bar, wed thru sun night...she has kept me and my friends coming back for almost a year now every wed night.
