the chicken tikka pasta is something you should not miss out on if you visiting this place.

i had fabulous dine in experience at filli select, lamerbeach today... had ordered hyderabadi biryani, dal makhani and paneer. the food was simply delicious and i want to give a special shout out to zahira who took care if so splendidly, going above and beyond her line of duty to make the experience of our entire group one that we will never forget. keep it up filli la mer, you truly are amazing.

awesome place to unwind  at lamerwith sip of zafran tea. 

we have visited this  filli select outlet at lamermultiple times and its  one of our favourites. let me tell you why


- food   -  being vegetarian , we tried their vegetarian dishes only.  our favourite is their cocktail samosa.  the filling and taste is fresh and refreshing. you can feel that its not refried and freshly prepared. saffron tea - nothing more to write , everyone know in uae how good it is. it is must try.other than that we have tried their chilli garlic cheese toast , kathi roll  and shahi paneer on different occasion and none of them disappointed us.
- ambience - we just love ambience of lamerand filli just add different charm to it. nothing fancy but sitting there in breezy morning and having breakfast  or having evening tea is our favourite.
- service - top notch. all their stewards are welcoming and humble. not sure if the owner or their main manager was there who was really welcoming and taking care of each table on the food and taste.
- price - it is expensive compared  to normal filli outlets but we liked their dishes and  are worth it.

tip - you can validate your parking ticket here , to avoid 20 dhs per hour charges.

we visited the lamerbranch. the food was excellent. amazing environment to chill out. service was exceptional and the staff were really friendly. would definitely come back again.

my only suggestion for this place. better avoided. awful main course. lamerlocation in jumeirah. maninder was the guy who took care of us. meat in the biryani was stale and had a wierd smell. filli should concentrate in what they are good at. tea. and leave the rest.

it is one of the few busy places in lamerso be prepared to wait a bit for a table and the food but it's worth it.
the food is nice and tasty (of course little spicy)
affordable. it's in lamer so you can't expect it to be a cheap place.
portions are not small.

filli select is hands down one of the best places to dine at la mer. the food is amazing. special thanks to sushant and trisha who take care of us well. definitely one of the places to visit in lamerespecially if you're looking for a combination of tasty food and amazing ambience.

we ordered all paneer based dishes and to our surprise each and every dish was finger licking good! the quality and quantity of the food items were exceptional! they were perfectly desi paired with the signature zafran chai! our server joylyn was really helpful as she patiently explained the ingredients of each dish and also help us get tables without any waiting. the ambience at lamernot to mention was beautiful. definitely want to go back to try their non veg menu 😋

food at filli select at lameris and ambiance is awesome. trisha is a very courteous staff member at filli select and she personally take care of customers taste and comfort very professionally and make them feel very special. aniket is also a very kind and gentleman staff member.

excellent service provided by aniket and all the team members.it is a beautiful cafe located in the heart of lamerwith wide range of scrumptious food.they also serve their signature zaffron tea which was divine.

we headed over to filli select after hearing great reviews and seeing how positive and chill this restaurant looked everytime we passed the lamerstrip. hands down the chor bazaar ka chicken tikka was by far the best chicken tikka i’ve ever had. i’m usually not a fan of chicken tikka but this dish right here was one i was hesitant to share since it was so good. highly recommended! we also tried the jumbo wings and it was super super good, the portion was amazing as opposed to paying 100 something elsewhere and getting 5-7 wings.

for dessert, we tried out the shahi tukra, and i’m not the biggest fan of desserts but oh boy, i must say that was divine.

moving onto the service, firstly big shoutout to our wonderful server - joylyn. joylyn was so kind and helpful, definitely a “joy” to have a super lovely server. overall great service by the other staff too.

as you can tell, i’m super pleased with this place. if you’re looking to head over to lamerand not sure where to dine in at, filli select is defo one you
should try. highly highly recommended.

after almost a year of not going out, decided to go out one day to lamerso that i could soak in some much needed sun. being one of the more affordable options in la mer, i thought i should give this desi joint a shot.

location: not bad. you dont have a direct view of the beach though.

taste: nothing to write home about. blandish; dry omlette, very dull looking salad leaves. tea as fili goes was basically a syrupy sweet concoction. that it is a beverage is all that can be said about it.

call it extreme cynicism or classism if you will, but i considered that this being part of a chain of typical desi tea-shops, i shouldn't expect cleanliness. but then in a moment of weakness, i rationalized this away saying, "hey, this is in la mer. they definitely have some standards". alas, a lone strand of hair balancing precariously on the edge of a salad leaf begged to differ. needless to say, i will not be going to this, or any other fili cafe. before, it was the stressed countenance of the staff that bothered me. i will add 'hair-in-salad' to that list.

i come to lameroften and my go to place for a. or a meal is filli. they have good quality food at a reasonable price especially with zomato pro membership its makes sense. i like the paneer biryani which has a good aroma and also the pairing with a salan elevates the tastes all the more. good selection of tea and coffee aswell and my fav is the mocha frappe - not too sweet n not too chocolaty.

a nice place to spend quality time on beach with friends for chill.ambiance: ambiance is fine, as it is on beach area so it is bit sandy and open so people can enjoy relax sitting. couches and sofa are large and in different size to accommodate large and small groups. based on your group size you can select the suitable sitting. all place has cool lights on the roof, and hanging light in external open area. wooden floor and their staff kept it clean. they play music for chill, you may also request to play your song. sometime they accept to play with no additional charges. some of sofa cover require to clean and need more foam to make it comfy for sitting.food & menu: menu has all traditional indian food, but more rich and exotic food like b.b.q etc. it has cocktails, mocktails, breakfast, tea (chai) fili special. i tried mojito (sprite). it cost aed 20 and my friend order regular tea cost aed 9 approx. menu is bit expensive due to its prime location. it is located in “lamerdubai”. they also give you tablet for menu selection but you cannot make order from that tablet. it is just view the menu.staff: staff is friendly, they speak english and other local languages. most of the staff from indian nationality. ordering is traditional, you need to call the staff to lock your order. if it is crowded then it might little extra that your order reach to your table. if they get all the order in one go then it that would be top of the world cheers and enjoy your time in fili select la mer.
