cozy and comfortable seating. we chose outdoor seating, as the weather seemed fine. we tried the vegan range of recommended burger and wraps. we trust the brand and respected the suggestions made to us. a good platter and decent sized quantity of a meal with fries, salad and choice of burger/wrap.
what i did not like and why i gave this a 4 stat and not a 5, is because after having a hot meal the weather was not the best and we wanted to head out with the famous saffron tea during our drive back home. but the duration that took from the take away tea ordered to the check received, was not worth the wait and my tea was even over on the table waiting for the check. they need to work towards the check wait time, as the table near me also faced the same wait for their final check. it just ruins the mood in the end, after a lovely evening and a great meal.
further on the hospitality ground, we had some fries left behind and asked for a parcel to not waste it. but the person mixed the tissues, waste food and the parcel food all in 1 platter as a mess and took it with him. someone needs to look into this mess. you can never mix used tissues, left over waste food and good food parcel all in 1 platter. never saw this as in any hospitality.
considering the brand respect i have, given it a 4 star and not 3. but one of my sad experience with this brand.
