a newplacein wakad and went there as i’ve been to the baner outlet multiple times and must say thisplaceis a let down when it comes to food and staff.
we literally had water leakage from our overhead sprinkler onto our tables and after notifying the staff it didn’t stop.
the food is also below par compared to other places nearby.
i visited thisplaceagain recently with my friend whom i met after a long time and there were 2 (two) staff at the entrance, to our surprise one of them allowed us inside and the other one stopped us and told that stag entry wasn’t allowed and was arrogant enough to make us feel embarrassed asking us to leave immediately even though when i said my wife would be joining us in sometime.
i understand that many such places have no stag entry policy but i’ve never been to any suchplacewhere they behave arrogantly.
management should take efforts in training their staff on handling guests (especially when it’s a newplacejust opened up). the filament baner outlet was a total opposite experience compared to this one.
not sure if me or friends (not stags) would be stepping in thisplaceagain.
