the burgers here taste excellent. you can actually taste all the ingredients in these burgers. the ingredients feel like they have been intentionally and wisely chosen.

the burgers truly taste fresh, homemade (so they don’t taste artificial), and very flavoursome. the meat taste like it’s been cooked with a lot of care. certainly a memorable meal! remembering these burgers are aided by the beautiful scenery of queenstown, charming branding, and long lines :p

well worth the stop when visiting queenstown! :)

love love love!!!! food was so yummy! we were lucky that when we went for a late lunch we were able to fit in between lunch and dinner rush so we didn’t have to wait in the lines that fergburger is also known for!!

the lines are quite long all the time so try to go at a non-peak time and/or be ready to wait.

got the opportunity to try the famous ferg burger here during a trip to queenstown.

the line isn’t too long of a wait, i lined up just outside of ferg bakery and it was only 10 or so minutes to get to the front and order. my burger was ready in 10 minutes. staff are friendly and attentive, they do advise you how the long the wait will be which.

i ordered the fergburger with swiss cheese. all ingredients were fresh and patty well seasoned. buns nicely toasted and patty held its moisture and paired well with condiments. really enjoyed my burger here. i wouldn’t say it’s to die for but it definitely is one of the better burgers i’ve had in a while. the menu itself caters for all dietary requirements.

considering the size of the burger it is reasonably priced, if i’m in queenstown again and craving a burger. . i will be back for more.

a visit to queenstown in incomplete without visiting fergburger! walking around the city, you wanna know the reason behind the never ending queue outside this little joint. waited for 20 mins and boy it was worth it! i had the falafel burger while husband had the bombay chicken. hands down the best burgers of our lives ❤️

inilah burger yang paling direkomendasikan oleh orang2 sedunia kepada kepada teman atau kerabat mereka yang ingin pergi ke queenstown. berbaris mengantri dengan panjang yang mengular sudah pasti akan dilakonkan oleh hampir semua turis yang datang ke kota ini demi mencicipi burger yang katanya paling hitz.

demikian juga yang saya lakukan, mengantri hampir 30 menit lewat adalah waktu yang biasa terlebih pada jam2 lapar. karena katanya burgernya enak, maka saya dan ke 5 teman memutuskan untuk memesan masing-masing 1 porsi dengan harapan kami semua akan sanggup menghabiskannya walaupun sudah tahu bahwa burgernya dalam ukuran besar.

kami memesan beef burger dengan berbagai variasi keju dan dressing. pelayanan yang diberikan lumayan cepat dan terkoordinasi dengan baik. saat antrian kita tiba di depan counter penerima order, kita menyebutkan pilihan, membayar dan mendapatkan nomor order. kembali menunggu sekitar 10 menit untuk mendapatkan burger pesanan kita yang saat diserahkan sudah siap dalam kantong kertas. kita bisa makan di dalam resto bilang memungkinan atau makan di tepi danau wakatipu yang indah, seperti yang dilakukan oleh banyak pembeli😍

saking besar dan tebalnya daging burger beserta roti yang mengatupnya, rasanya sulit untuk menggigitnya secara keseluruhan; maka gigitan pertama adalah pada daging burger yang menyembul keluar. rasa daging panggang yang empuk dengan bumbu meresap yang maknyus segera terasa pada gigitan pertama ini yang membuat kita secara perlahan tapi pasti akan menghabiskan burger yang super duper ini.

isi burger selain daging juga ada lapisan keju, sayuran segar, tomat, paprika, onions dan juga telur. rasa dagingnya yang gurih memang membedakannya dengan burger lain😋

jadi bila kamu berada di queenstown, jangan lupa meluangkan waktu untuk antri demi mendapatkan burger ini😀

on our 3 day trip to queenstown, we ordered burgers every single day. it was so good and was so worth the wait. i got the two vegetarian options, the falafel one is ok flavourful but nothing amazing 7/10. but, omg, the tofu burger with the delicious sauce was so yummy i could have eaten two burgers it was that good!!!! 10/10. can't wait to go back to queenstown so i can get my hands on another tofu burger.

of course we had to try fergburger while we were visiting queenstown. one look at the huge line put us off but we called them and placed our order ready to be picked up in 15 mins! why are people lining up for hours?!
we ordered the cockadoodle oink, mr big stuff and fries.
the burgers tasted like massive burger wisconsin burgers. they were definitely good, a tad soggy but that’s probably because we had to find somewhere to eat them. i don’t know why you’d line up for so long for one! it was so crazy to see such hype around them.
def. good value for money $14-$16 a burger but they’re huge!

nice burger and huge size，we are 6 girls ordered 3burgers，1 beef deluxe ，it was very juicy and taste really good，highly recommand，1 chicken burger with avocado which was average，1 fish burger which was average.

these aren't the best burgers in the world, and certainly aren't worth an hour-long wait, but they are solidly good and they are huge. if the line isn't insane, it's well worth it. better yet, call up and place your order over the phone, and you can pick it up from the window when it's ready.

the best hamburger i have ever had in new zealand. they are so yummy and almost too big! it is so worth the wait (usually it is a line outside fergburger). the prices are very budget friendly as well!

a burger place, i cant believe im giving a burger place a 5 star, but i can't fault them on being too busy. i got a steak burger, not sure which one as a family member took me there despite my reluctance to eat at a burger place, so i just ordered a steak burger.

super friendly staff, extremely busy so im surprised they do as well as they do, i would stressed out.

it's a takeout, there are some chairs but they are more for people to wait on while their burgers are being made. the queue was about 40 minutes, 10 to order your meal and 30 to wait for it to be cooked. usually about 20 people waiting on burgers and 20 waiting to order at any given time.

wow, i have never had a more perfectly cooked steak burger, i ordered medium rare and i got exactly that, just amazing. the smell of the burger in the wrapping had me foaming at the mouth and i had only eaten a couple of hours before so not usually hungry yet. i will be ordering 3 next time.

it's not cheap thats for sure, but i understand why, it's worth every penny.

if i had a choice right now to eat anything from anywhere in the world, this is in my top 5.

if your in queenstown do yourself a treat and grab a burger.

from 2pm, the line took about half an hour (including the wait for food). insane - and i can't tell if the food tasted better because of the wait or not.

🍔 ferg deluxe: prime n.z. beef, streaky bacon, cheddar cheese, sweet dill pickle, tomato, red onion, aioli & tomato relish ($14.90)
🍟 hand cut onion rings with aioli ($7.50)

fun first meal in nz. according to the cashier, the line never ends and i feel like that is a testament to the great food itself. staff were incredibly friendly and were clearly capable to handle the masses. amazing coordination and delivery from them all!

there's something about that burger. incredibly juicy, where the juices spilled out of the napkin and onto your hands (not great).
however, buns were amazingly toadted, tomatoes were soft and the beef patties had a generous amount of pepper which gave it that smokey flavor and kick.
my mate noticed the bbq sauce which, may i say, is how bbq sauce should taste on burgers!

onion rings were awesome and wasabi mayo gave it a surprisingly good kick without being overwhelming. extremely well done!

things that stop it from being a 5/5 (only because i can be picky):
- red onions were scattered on one side of the burger
- plain chips were lacklustre in comparison to the flavorsome burger
- they sell their own merch which is actually quite a humorous thing but no

the best beef burger you will ever have. at all times there is a long queue. so seating can be a challenge. but the taste is worth all the trouble.

so glad we ticked this one off the queenstown to do list! we came at 9.30pm and the line was just as long as it had been all day. i was so impressed by how fast the line moved, and the wait time for food after than was only 10 minutes. all in all less than 30 mins for our meals, and well worth it. way better than burger fuel and not stingy on the fillings. will definitely return if we’re back in town again!
