hooray for local bakeries!. i am a huge fan of the fenwick bakery and i love buying desserts from them for parties. they're known for their strawberry shortcake and peach cake, but i recommend you also try the frenchapplepie. it's anapplepie with raisins and maybe currants, and the crust is iced. i served it as dessert on mother's day and everyone loved it.
