another surprising score.... 77% likes? i loved this place! okay, so 20 minute wait at 6 pm in little fenton for this huge space? bummer but okay. hubs consoled himself with a moonshine lemonade and, once seated nearly removed the servers hands when she tried to take the "empty" glass. there were 2 sips left apparently! couple of beers from a long list and was thirsty no more.
armadillo eggs were tasty for the appetizer (sausage and chz stuffed jalapeño) but i thought could have been spicier or even saltier might have done it.
entree for hubs was korean tacos.... flavor was great, but physically cool,roomtemp at best. i wonder how food from the kitchen on floor 2 gets to eaters on floor like us for example. i suspect this is the issue.
my hamburger (some mix beyond beef that i believe included short rib) was ridiculously amazing! i mean seriously this burger so delicious, it was huge and my stomach is small, and i packed the whole thing in!! the fries and dipping sauce were also amazing, i brought them home and will have lunch! slightly eclipsed by meat cheese and bacon was the broccoli rabe on top a yummy tomato basil marinara. i was mostly impressed they even offered a thoughtful daily veggie selection, even happier it was yummy!
sadly noroomfor dessert as you might have guessed. maybe on our next visit i can save some room!! well be back and i think you should go too!
