feast de resistance. what a notable and very welcome addition to the west vancouver dining scene. in every criteria, feast hit the right notes. the ambience is understated, warm and elegant with choices of seating available depending on your mood: patio seating, bar seating, long communal table or smaller intimate tables. service was friendly and helpful but never intrusive. the wine list is wonderfully curated and approachable. but really, it was about the food. i shared the avocado and beet fries, the salt roasted beets, the kale and quinoa salad, the roasted halibut with chickpea salad, and the sockeye salmon with mushroom succotash. honestly, this was my kind of food, high level comfort food of outstanding quality and freshness. i will be be" feasting" on a very regular basis!
