outstanding. we chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday as i had read amazingly reviews and was not disappointed. we opted for the 9 course degustation.
the lovely menu consisted of heirloom tomatoes & fior di latte sweet tomatoes, creamy cheese first. this was followed by the ora king salmon, green apple & coffee. then scallops, black miso and seaweed. the
4th course of coorong mullet, ox heart & calamari - the best dish of the menu.
the next course was just as good milawa chicken, foie gras & smoked potato.
the red meat dish followed sher wagyu, burnt carrot & horseradish. now to the dessert courses. olive oil sponge, pumpkin & salted caramel. it was an unusual mix but worked. next was summer berries, lemon verbena & mascarpone. we finished off with a banana, chocolate mousse & milk biscuit.
theexperiencewas outstanding and would do it again. if there was a negative aspect it would be the desserts as the savoury courses seem to be executed on another level. highly recommended!!
