food is average taste , portion is abit below average, mostly go there for the view and the ambience, service is average, price is high for the amount and quality if not used any promotion

sheesha is good but the place is filled with cats who do not allow you to sit and enjoy your meal peacefully. food is 3/10. pretty bland and less quantity.

politely speaking, the food was one of the most mediocre dishes i've ever eaten. the food ordered were penne pasta and lamb biriyani. not worth the money at all. it will make you want to leave the area as soon as possible. the only good thing was the ambience. good for people who want to relaxe and have sheesha. it's definitely not a place to dine or to enjoy a meal!

it’s absolutely amazing here; highly recommended for those who are looking for beautiful places. it’s so green and to be honest doesn’t feel like dubai at all. although haven’t tried the foods in here and had a cup of americano. yet, i highly recommend it. ** try to go before sunset so you can enjoy the view**

amazing ambiance coupled with the best weather for available seating. visited this place on christmas. 

such a good-hangout place. will love to visit this place for a chilled hangout.

a hidden great restaurant... we have tried the chicken liver pate, caprese salad, the butter chicken and two types of lemonade and they all were great. the ambient was relaxed in front of the pool. so overall we will be back to further explore.

great location for spending quite evenings outside sitting glazing over the polo ground ..food is good as they have combination of indian and contemporary cuisine.good staff good service . only issue is cats🐱😂

if you ever feel like escaping the city’s hustle and bustle, head over to epicure for a peaceful meal by the swimming pool or polo fields. the eatery is located on the lobby level of desert palm hotel and serves fresh delicacies in a relaxing ambiance.
we made ourselves comfortable for lunch here and were impressed to see how freshly baked bread accompanied with in-house sauce and butter was being served at each occupied table. once seated, we ordered the tantalizing blackberry lemonade to quench our thirst. this was prepared with fresh blackberries, lemon and crushed ice and served as an ideal summer drink.
our appetizers included viatnamese fresh spring rolls that were filled with poached prawns, bean sprouts, coriander and mint, and there was the asian spiced marinated salmon sashimi which was superbly done with melon salsa, compressed cucumber and wasabi. the sweet sauce base of the sashimi gave the delicacy a delightful flavor. the dried beef carpaccio turned out to be to be my favorite. it was prepared with lentil, rocket salad, goat cheese crumble and lemon dressing and tasted totally divine.
for the main meal, we had the stir fry egg noodles with prawns which were tossed together with vegetables and oyster sauce to give the dish its signature flavor. the two other dishes that we ordered and enjoyed were the thai chicken green curry which was served with steamed rice, and the lamb chops that were juicy and tender, served with roasted vegetables, sweet potato mash and mint jus.
the dessert was certainly a delight. we tried two kinds, first being the eton mess, a combination of fresh strawberries, strawberry sauce, cream chantilly, baked meringue and strawberry ice cream. it was so beautifully presented that we wished we didn’t have to gobble it up. the toffee pecan tart was equally tempting, done with caramelized pecan tart, honey brandy snap, orange butterscotch sauce and gianduja ice cream.
we ended the meal with a lovely cup of cappuccino, and were pleased with our overall experience here. not only was the food and ambiance great, but even the staff was very helpful. you can make a reservation by calling 04 3238888.

epicure is located at desert palm, where you can escape the city for a quiet hour or so by the swimming pool and polo fields as you read the day’s newspapers. turn everything off and kick back with a soft drink while your gaze drifts over the desert palm’s surroundings. you’ll be served freshly baked bread and pastries, fruit compotes and hot breakfasts at this gourmet deli.

nice place.....relaxing environment...quite romantic resort.....music was missing though....but overall great place....great shisha with excellant poolside..... & nice staff🤘🏼

skyline sunsets over turquoise waters, international cheeseboards, freshly baked artisan breads and hand-crafted antipasti plates paired with reds, whites and bubbles. there are a good selection of cheeses including feta with truffles and feta with sundried tomatoes, sparkenhoe red leicester, colston bassett shropshire blue, two types of blue cheese, a very good creamy cheddar and a molten fondue to name but a few.

an evening in desert palm resort was amazing. we went there for iftar and felt like on christmas eve. place is fabulous, lot's of deferent, delicious food. we went out full. we enjoy a lot and will have great memories. wonderfull time!! i highly recommend!!!

i always go to epicure since i live in the same resort. 

the place has a great ambience, relaxing and quiet with an amazing view.
their food overall is really good, a bit overpriced but reasonable since it's located inside an hotel.

however, i only gave it 3 stars because one of the shisha guys is unprofessional and rude. when i asked for more charcoal he didn't provide with some and said sorry you've been sitting for so long. i have been in many shisha places before and i am sure that i stayed for more time than epicure but i've never been treated this way.

slow and very poor service, on a busy weekend all we had were 2 waiters. all the rest were busy with the shisha cafe on the opposite side. low quality food, the worst burger , we kept getting food on our table which we did not order! . restaurant is a mess! only positive is the quiet location.
