its very bad experience with zomato, i placed the order of veg seek kebab, and you delivered navratan korma, after that we regular trying to contact with restaurant, zomato team & delivery boy but no body was responding, such unprofessional behaviour i dont aspect with zomato. no one was responding then i go to restaurant, restaurant staff accepted our fault and change our order, but in this period i waste my 2 hr approx.
i request to zomato team please look this matter seriously, its notgoodin business.
some times we found that, restaurant give more discounts to clients but they reduce the food qty or quality.
all this types of services zomato have to check all parameters.
