they say agreatway to talk about the city is to speak of it's history, it's culture, it's influence, it's people and it's cuisines. for me personally, all that matters is the food. so when you talk about hyderabad, the city of nawabs, we often talk about its biryani, pearls, charminar, history to name a few. it is quite an achievement when a place sets creates a niche for itself through the various things it has to offer to the general public. while the emergence of newer establishments in the food industry has seen a tremendous rise in the post pandemic world, very few have managed to strike a mark.
though people are also aware of the ambiance and the whole atmosphere of the place, it is safe to say that people are now looking beyond food to choose the right place.
elsewhere lounge and kitchen is one such place which has created quite a mark in the city having only opened in august, 2021. with a chic ambiance, good food and drinks, it is tough to not pay attention to this place. given its popularity, i had to visit this place to try out everything it had to offer and then come up with this review.
on my table we have the name sake, margarita and black russian followed by eh crispy corn, eh kung pao chicken, eh chicken pakoda, kutti mirch paneer tikka - all of which we thoroughly enjoyed.
am i going back to this place?
definitely a big yes!
