where is the chicken?. my wife and arrived at around 12:15pm today (wednesday) and there was only one other table occupied though one other family and two businessmen arrived shortly thereafter. we received ice water with our menus and were soon munching on chips and a delicious fresh salsa. we each opted for a chicken enchilada plate that includes beans and spanish rice. the enchiladas were almost devoid of chicken and the overall meal was disappointing. we also took home a slice of coconut flan that turned out to be humongous, but very light on flavor.

authentic mexican. this hole in the wall mexican restaurant was a little difficult for us to find but well worth the effort. i had a gift certificate that was set to expire this evening so we decided to dine there on a tuesday night. there were only 3 other patrons at 6:30pm plus one waitress. we were served house made taco chips plus a delicious freshsalsathat had a bit of heat to it. for entrees my wife ordered a large chili relleno stuffed with chicken that included beans, a few slices of tomato and rice. i opted for a plate of 4 chicken enchiladas with the same sides and requested all three of their sauces. both entrees were bountiful and delicious. note: there is a large parking lot immediately behind the restaurant in case you cannot find a spot on the street.
