poor service. i have been to the el dorado kitchen twice and had poor service at both thebarand the restaurant. the first time i ate there, our food was very slow getting too us and have of the meal were cold. they appologized and said they had forgot to "fire" one of the meal and held the other three. on that same visit it took 30 minutes to get our cocktails at thebarand our dinner order was equally slow.
