fresh as the day!. fresh ingrediants, taking advantage of the abundant veggies, and fruits available. the beet salad had so many flavors of citrus, goat cheese, arugula, and the beets. the tomato soup had a wonderful texture. the pork belly paired with watermelon melted with every taste. the halibut was prepared without the lobster sauce, sone my spouse is allergic, used a salsa verdi that was perfect. we sat in the patio, which was very lively for a sunday evening.
