always down for some mexican. came here around 11pm for lunch, not packed at all.
whenever i'm at a mexican joint, chips andsalsaare always a must. i was glad it was free (but after 2 servings, they start to charge you, so my friends and i only ordered just that :p) pico de gallo was absolutely yum, but the chips were a bit too salty and thesalsawas way too watery. not okay. i love mysalsachunky, not runny.
for my entree, i ordered from their lunch plate section. my plate cost $10.75, and it came with rice, beans, and one chicken enchilada that was probably as skinny as an iphone 5 and half as long as my forearm. yeah, wasn't very satisfied after i finished my entire plate + the chips & salsa. but, i have to admit, it was still pretty good. portions most definitely don't match price. just because their burritos are huge, doesn't mean they should size down on everything else :/ but it is what it is.
service was good. our waiter was attentive.
all in all, everything was ok. i'll come back & give it another try only when in the area. i'll probably get their burritos since, that's what they're known for.
