after a morning visit to efes (ephesus), we ate an excellent late lunch at ejder restaurant, near the aquaduct remains in the center of selçuk. (it's the last in a row of restaurants facing the arches.) çop şiş was very good; so was the adana kebap and the "suşi" (beyti kebap) . excellent mezzes. had a large tomato & roka salad too. owner is very nice gentlemen, and showed us pictures of when he proudly hosted bill, hillary & chelsea clinton after they visited ephesus in 1999. beer & wine available too. highlyrecommendedfor selçuk.
